Every treatment includes 15-minute pre-assessment, and 15-minute post-education (30 minutes total), plus 90 minutes of treatment time. 

Designed to facilitate healing from long-held phantom aches and pains. Using slow, deliberate pressure, the therapist works to release knots and break down adhesions in the deeper fascial layers in specific problem areas. This helps restore flexibility, improve posture, and alleviate tension from repetitive stress injuries or surgeries so you can experience more freedom within your mind, body, and spirit.
